Harbor Health Services, Inc. Image Usage by other than Harbor Health

Agencies or individuals who are not authorized by Harbor Health must request permission and receive written approval and guidelines by the Director of Marketing, the Executive Director, or the Vice President and Executive Director for Elder Services to use any or all elements of the Harbor Image Property. This includes but is not limited to: the Harbor Health name; division names; logo; tag line(s); and images with the intent to be used in any means of communication including direct mail, print, radio, TV, video and internet.
