The Farmacy at Harbor Health
Come to the November 17 Harvest Market!
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! The Farmacy at Harbor Health is coming back to the 10 Minot Street parking lot in Dorchester!
Our partner Dick’s Market Gardens will have a mobile farmer’s market on Friday, November 17. Shop for locally-grown fresh produce right in our neighborhood!
The farm will offer a $30 Harvest Bag Special! Pay $30 and fill a re-useable shopping bag with all the fruits and vegetables you can fit!
Harbor Health and Dorchester South/South Boston WIC Program will also host tables with information, supplies, and other fun items.
We are welcoming the American Lung Cancer Student Initiative as a special guest at the November 17 market! Their Our attends community events to talk about lung cancer screening and meet people in the community who qualify for lung cancer screening. They then register and schedule everyone who is interested for lung cancer screening at Mass General Hospital and provide support for transportation.
They will also share information about the INSPIRE Study to highlight the effectiveness of lung cancer screening among Black women who are at high-risk for lung cancer. You can check our their prize wheel!
