Our medical and behavioral health care teams at Harbor Community Health Center – Hyannis are now providing non-urgent appointments over the phone!
Urgent and essential appointments will also take place at the health center located at 735 Attucks Lane, Hyannis.

Dental services at Harbor Community Health Center – Hyannis will be suspended as of Monday, March 16. We take the health and well-being of all of our patients and staff very seriously. We made the decision to suspend dental services in an effort to keep everyone healthy and safe.
We very much appreciate the patience and understanding of all our patients at this time! We will continue to keep you updated on when we will re-open dental services for appointments.
FOR URGENT DENTAL QUESTIONS: You can still call (508) 778-5420 with urgent questions and dental emergencies. We will have a member of the Harbor Health dental care team on call to offer assistance over the phone.
We are offering walk-up services, curbside pickup, or mail delivery. Please use curbside pickup or mail delivery if possible!

We can mail prescriptions to you for free! We do not mail controlled medications or refrigerated medications at this time.
Any patient interested in having medications mailed can call the pharmacy at (508) 778-5424 to make a request. Once a prescription is filled successfully, we will usually mail prescriptions within 24 hours. Delivery is usually the next business day and we track shipments in the event a patient reports an issue.
Patients should notify the pharmacy within 7 days of their prescriptions running out so that it provides the pharmacy enough time to refill their medications or requests new prescriptions, if needed.

Harbor Community Health Center – Hyannis has been providing comprehensive family medical and dental services in the Hyannis and surrounding communities for over 13 years. Our staff is multi-cultural and speaks English, Portuguese. and Spanish. Interpreter services are available in all languages.

- Limited endodontic procedures (“root canals”)
- Pediatric Dentistry (limited)
- Certified application counselors – assisting with MassHealth enrollment
- Shine counselors – assisting with health enrollment for over 65
- On-site Portuguese interpreter
Our on-site pharmacy makes it easy to take care of getting your prescriptions! Our pharmacy is available to patients and also open to the community to fill and refill prescriptions.

We accept most health insurance plans.
