Medical and Behavioral Health Services – OPEN
NEW! Our medical and behavioral health care teams at Harbor Community Health Center – Hyannis are now providing telehealth appointments by video and phone!
PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to provide a telehealth appointment if you are in Massachusetts. If you will be in another state for a telehealth appointment, we are unable to offer care at this time.
Urgent and essential appointments will also take place at the health center located at 735 Attucks Lane, Hyannis.

Dental Services – URGENT AND EMERGENCY CARE ONLY
The safety of our patients and the members of our dental care team is our top priority. We will open our dental practice for routine and non-urgent dental care when the recommendations for staying closed are lifted and we believe it is safe for patients and staff to return.
FOR URGENT DENTAL QUESTIONS AND EMERGENCIES: Call (508) 778-5420 with urgent questions and dental emergencies. We can provide care with a telehealth appointment over the phone or an in-person appointment for the most urgent emergency cases.
Our dental practice follows all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. We will closely monitor any additional infection control or personal protection equipment policies coming from the CDC and make the changes necessary to keep everyone safety.
Pharmacy – OPEN
We are offering walk-up services, curbside pickup, or mail delivery. Please use curbside pickup or mail delivery if possible!

We can mail prescriptions to you! We do not mail controlled medications or refrigerated medications at this time.
Any patient interested in having medications mailed can call the pharmacy at (508) 778-5424 to make a request. Once a prescription is filled successfully, we will usually mail prescriptions within 24 hours. Delivery is usually the next business day and we track shipments in the event a patient reports an issue.
Patients should notify the pharmacy within 7 days of their prescriptions running out so that it provides the pharmacy enough time to refill their medications or requests new prescriptions, if needed.

We also offer help applying for MassHealth and have a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance.
