Behavioral Health
Fully integrated into the medical setting, Behavioral Health clinicians work with primary care teams to support patients whose medical needs are affected by social and/or behavioral concerns. Clinicians consult with medical providers and provide direct services to patients, including: assessments, brief interventions, coaching, screenings, follow-up visits during medical appointments and recommendations and referrals to long-term services.

- Psychiatric services – These services include psychiatric evaluations after an intake is completed with a therapist and medication management when appropriate.
