From medical and behavioral health care to food and housing resources, Harbor Health’s caring and experienced providers are dedicated to helping you lead a healthy, independent, and fulfilled life.

Harbor Health offers medication-assisted treatment our community health centers in Dorchester, Plymouth, and Hyannis.
We accept MassHealth (Medicaid), self-pay, and most insurances. For those without insurance, we can help you apply and also offer a sliding scale of fees. Discounts are available based on income and family size.
