From medical and behavioral health care to food and housing resources, Harbor Health’s caring and experienced providers are dedicated to helping you lead a healthy, independent, and fulfilled life.

Harbor Health offers medication-assisted treatment our community health centers in Dorchester, Plymouth, and Hyannis.
We accept MassHealth (Medicaid), self-pay, and most insurances. For those without insurance, we can help you apply and also offer a sliding scale of fees. Discounts are available based on income and family size.
Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone
Primary care, medication monitoring, and access to other specialties from caring experienced providers
Coordinated with medication-assisted treatment
Providing mental health support during recovery
On-site pharmacy services (Dorchester and Hyannis) and connection to local options (Plymouth)
Help with food insecurity, housing, transportation, and other life issues
