Our Recovery Services provide local, affordable, personalized support for our primary care patients living with substance use disorder – all in one location. From medical and behavioral health care to food and housing resources, Harbor Health’s caring and experienced providers are dedicated to helping you lead a healthy, independent, and fulfilled life.
Kind and Supportive Healthcare
Harbor Health offers integrated medication-assisted treatment to primary care patients at our community health centers in Dorchester, Plymouth, and Hyannis.
We accept MassHealth (Medicaid), ConnectorCare, and most insurance plans. For those without insurance, we can help you apply and also offer discounts based on income and family size.
