How Do I Make An Appointment?
To make an appointment, please contact the location most convenient for you and tell them you are a new patient. When you call, we will help you decide if a video/phone or in-person appointment is best for your care needs. We will also let you know what information we need if you are a new patient.
NEW PATIENTS: Please check with your health insurance company before your first appointment to make sure your visit to Harbor Health is covered by your plan.
Do You Need Help Applying for Health Insurance?
Harbor Health can help you apply for MassHealth (Medicaid) and public insurance programs. When you call to make an appointment, let us know you will need help applying for insurance. We can help you with an appointment with our certified insurance application counselors.
