Health Education Resources in Response to COVID-19
Our prevention team has created at-home family guides for some topics in the Botvin LifeSkills curriculum. These guides will help you have conversations around difficult emotions and topics.
We developed the guides based on the Botvin LifeSkills Middle School Level 1 curriculum. Level 1 is geared towards 6th -7th grade students. However, many of the conversations and activities could be appropriate for all ages.
Click the links below for the guides – and check back for updates!

What is HIV Rapid Testing?
Harbor Health offers fast, free, and confidential HIV testing
The HIV rapid test is just a finger stick. There are no blood draws or waiting for lab results. You get results in 20 minutes or less. No check in or insurance is required.
It’s confidential and you do not need to be a patient of Harbor Health to get tested.
Testing is done by trained members of our prevention team. We’re caring, supportive, and judgement free! We can answer your questions and can also connect you to care if needed.
Free condoms and other safer sex supplies are also offered during the clinics.
